House sales in October 2021 to foreigners increased 12.1 percent!

According to Turkish Statistical Institute (TurkStat), house sales in October 2021 to foreigners in Turkey became 5 thousand 893 by increasing 12.1 percent.

House sales to foreigners in October increased 12.1 percent

According to Turkish Statistical Institute (TurkStat); house sales in October 2021 to foreigners in Turkey became 5 thousand 893. Thus sold houses percentage increased 12.1 percent compared to the same month of the year 2020. House sales to foreigners had 4.3 percent share of all house sales in October 2021.

House Sales in October;

• İstanbul 2 thousand 464 house sales,
• Antalya a thousand 385 house sales and
• Ankara 359 house sales.

Most house sales were made to Iran citizens and 4th the German

In July, Iran citizens bought a thousand 265 houses from Turkey. Houses sold to foreigners in Turkey by nationalities in country in October 2021 are as below;

• Iran citizens a thousand houses,
• Iraq citizens 926 houses,
• Russia citizens 543 houses,
• Germany citizens 256 houses and
• Kazakhstan citizens 191 houses.

• You need to buy a real estate in Turkey which is worth a minimum of 250,000 US dollars.
• Time condition for all investments is 3 years.
• You can be a Turkish citizen with the condition that you can take back all investments along with legal revenues 3 years later.
• You can sell your real estate once the required time expires and you are granted Turkish citizenship.
• The applicant’s spouse and children who are younger than 18 years old will also be granted Turkish citizenship.
• You do not have to live in Turkey to participate in the Turkish Citizenship application.
• Your Turkish Citizenship will remain for a lifetime and your children will be born as Turkish citizens.
• You can keep multiple citizenships along with your Turkish Citizenship.
