House sales in November 2021 to foreigners increased 48.4 percent!

According to Turkish Statistical Institute (TurkStat), house sales in November 2021 to foreigners in Turkey became 7 thousand 363 by increasing 48.4 percent.

House sales to foreigners in November increased 48.4 percent

According to Turkish Statistical Institute (TurkStat); house sales in November 2021 to foreigners in Turkey became 7 thousand 363. Thus sold houses percentage increased 48.4 percent compared to the same month of the year 2020. House sales to foreigners had 4.1 percent share of all house sales in November 2021.

House Sales in November;

• İstanbul 2 thousand 922 house sales,
• Antalya a thousand 917 house sales and
• Ankara 428 house sales.

Most house sales were made to Iran citizens and 4th the German

In November, Iran citizens bought a thousand 406 houses from Turkey. Houses sold to foreigners in Turkey by nationalities in country in November 2021 are as below;

• Iran citizens a thousand 406 houses,
• Iraq citizens a thousand 75 houses,
• Russia citizens 836 houses,
• Germany citizens 322 houses and
• Kazakhstan citizens 278 houses.

• You need to buy a real estate in Turkey which is worth a minimum of 250,000 US dollars.
• Time condition for all investments is 3 years.
• You can be a Turkish citizen with the condition that you can take back all investments along with legal revenues 3 years later.
• You can sell your real estate once the required time expires and you are granted Turkish citizenship.
• The applicant’s spouse and children who are younger than 18 years old will also be granted Turkish citizenship.
• You do not have to live in Turkey to participate in the Turkish Citizenship application.
• Your Turkish Citizenship will remain for a lifetime and your children will be born as Turkish citizens.
• You can keep multiple citizenships along with your Turkish Citizenship.
